History: Born in the south to a Slave Trader, Wiggan learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Junk Dealer, but he was a colossal failure. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He struck the Marshal job and began his own company from there.
