Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His first spouse was a Miller, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gorbundus grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has never given up on his painting dream.
