Description: He dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a black coat with grey slacks. He carries with him a set of bastard swords, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His head has been shaved. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To end his boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: This slender man stands about 3'1". He wears skinny pants and wears a violet and blue robe with the hood down. His blonde hair is heavily combed to the left. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mortician and was forced into it by his family; and wants to raise his children well

Description: A middle-aged man, he sports grey clothing, slightly heavier than average wear, and is pretty ugly. His purple hair is singed and shortened. His gold eyes peer out from beneath his small grey hat.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Cressel will drive conversation. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Cressel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and tiefling compassion

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Raam fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and sabotage a competitor

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
