Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ortegar embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He got into the Weaver business at a young age. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Being a Weaver kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born into a rich family. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Akmen has worked very hard to control his curse. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He got into the Miller business at a young age. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He's also a talented Mercenary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He's in love; and he would like to get married and retire

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a tan coat with grey slacks. He has a blonde handlebar mustache and slicked back blonde hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
