History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Mugrunden never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is dressed in a clean white cloak covering his clean studded leather. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hugh grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hugh. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Armorer for the past few years.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
