History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Through the years after Arannis was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Arannis's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Three grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Three. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
