History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Shoemaker. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
