Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He got into the Armorer business at a young age. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This man stands a little under 3'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He dresses well, wearing grey shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His hair is red and curly. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Miner arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 50. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, and is pretty ugly. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears red leather gloves, a red jacket, and tight pants, and is pretty ugly. He has shaved his head bald. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Borun lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
