History: Born in the west to a Tanner, Ernest learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Recently the stress of being a Tanner has made it difficult for him to sleep.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Berrian was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Carter. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
