Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Dilettante. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
