History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Gifted from a young age, Azdûsh studied abroad. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Azdûsh alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Painter. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Merihim will drive conversation. A true patriot, Merihim would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. After coming to the age of reason, Merihim took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
