His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jade grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jade. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Description: 4'9" and muscular, this southern man wears an entirely blue suit with grey socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He has brown hair. His ears are large.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Gardener business.

History: He got into the Gardener business at a young age. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has worked as a Gardener like his father before him.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Description: This tall, slender man wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a brown coat. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Borun is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
