The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. During his travels, Mhurren and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Mhurren discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Mhurren fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Oskar was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Dilettante. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
