Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He carries a battered sickle and tarnished shortspear as well. His golden hair is cut short. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Gerald was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Adventurer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Adventurer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business

Description: The light-skinned man stands 6'2" and wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: Ur-Dag is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: Ur-Dag was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His first spouse was a Knight, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a green costume with the symbols of death on his torso. His auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is obsessed with his god.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Dwarven people; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: He wears bulky tan painted plate armor. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When Uraim reached his early adolescence his Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
