Description: This man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His crest, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his red eyes.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Barber business.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born in the east to a Laborer, Robert learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he's in love

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Unemployed but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To be a Layabout again.

History: Torinn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
