History: Mindartis lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Glassblower they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Roofer, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born in the south to a Architect, Erias learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Bookbinder, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Oppleby hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
