History: Direcris was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'3" and wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His hair is long and black with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his feathered white hat.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Roland took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shortspear and armor he uses now. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
