Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with broad hat, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'4" when asserting himself. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Dyer born in the past three hundred years. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Born to a Bellfounder, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dyer for hire.
Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and to settle down with his crush

Description: This northern man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has shaved his head bald. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. After a long history of fighting, Howard and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His brown hair is cut short. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His red eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Marbas is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.
Motivation: To unite with his brother; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He usually wears his white robe and has his sword always slung over his shoulder. His moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
