Charles Clayton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears tan leather gloves, a tan jacket, and tight pants. He carries with him a set of shields, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His tied-back hair is chestnut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Charles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Charles fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
Ideals: Fighting. Flaws: Insane, Selfish, Antagonistic. Bonds: Mentor. Occupation: Soapmaker
Voice: Can't modulate volume

Rael Arnuanna, Male Elf [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears professional attire. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 20. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
Ideals: Fighting. Flaws: Insane, Fearful. Bonds: Attractive, Slave. Occupation: Roofer
Voice: Thin and wheezing
