History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stylist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dragonborn in existence. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Heskan was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Heskan decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
