Description: He wears a tattered pair of loose green pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Roger was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Roger abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Description: This tall, slender man wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is tan, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. His hair is silver, silky, and of moderate length. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and many brigands want him driven away

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. River is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Interpreter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Jeweler arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting drow, the young Himo began to lead the lost caravan. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
