Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Norman was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a black tunic with grey highlights, and long tan pants that bunch up around his shoes. His hair is cut close to his head. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is mildly Tiefling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He uses divination through singing.
History: Born to a Tailor, his father struggled to pay the bills. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Tiefling compassion; and an old rival family wants him found
