The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Modean grew up listening to his father's many stories. Through the years after Modean was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north.
