History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Efferil grew up listening to his father's many stories. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He became a Shoemaker soon after.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: A middle-aged man, he dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head, and is pretty ugly. His silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His first spouse was a Miller, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and he feels threatened by others

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His golden hair is thinning but still full. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Norman and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is greedy
