History: Manfred was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Banker. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Mayor again; and balancing his hectic life and new banker responsibilities is difficult
