Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His black hair, when down, is lengthy. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Laborer for hire.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting brigands, the young Percival began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born into a rich family. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a dilettante and was forced into it by his family
