Description: He is scrawny and has patchy red stubble. He wears suspenders and grey workpants. His shirt is blue, and he wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time. He has a hunchback. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born in a small plains village. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He bought a nunchaku and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a yellow armored body suit, with a simple black line shooting up and back down. His long brass crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. His ears are large.

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He has styled his auburn hair well, parting it to the left. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Dilettante who has hired him part-time. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: The child of a Brewer, who enjoyed hunting, Dustin was taken on many hunting expeditions. His first spouse was a Brewer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Brewer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Dilettante, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he has a crush on the local animal trainer

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He dresses like a well dressed Bellfounder does. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bellfounder work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bellfounder work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Bellfounder job and began his own company from there.
