History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He worked as a nervous Navigator and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
