Description: He stands about 5'3" and is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'0" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Assassin but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Laucian took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up mace and armor he uses now. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and money/treasure

Description: This man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He wears his silver hair down. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new cartwright responsibilities is difficult

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a tan feathered hat and tan clothes. His long red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He then took over the family business and is one of the better Engraver for hire.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is his passion.

Description: He wears a fancy brown suit. He is portly but not overly obese. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls.
