History: He comes from a rich southern family. He worked as a nervous Fisher and found it very stressful. He has worked as a Fisher like his mother before him.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Paggen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paggen. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
