Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Sethrekar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Cartwright but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. He has worked as a Cartwright like his mother before him.

His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
