Description: He stands about 4'2" and wears skinny pants and wears a brown and green robe with the hood down. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair is blonde, silky, and of moderate length. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born in the north. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: He has a missing right arm. He wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered yellow stockings. His auburn hair is cut short. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is renowned for his bright tan suits and hats. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. Burgell enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Burgell was born with his father's beautiful face. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the right. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Umpen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His childhood dream was to be a Dyer, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mason for hire.

Motivation: To be a Dyer again.
