Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Sellsword business.

History: Morkral hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Morkral alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'4" when asserting himself. His hair is chestnut and curly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born in a small forest village. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He bought a scythe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He sports a flattop fur cut. His eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Cloak was born with his mother's beautiful face. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Being a Scribe kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

Description: A middle-aged man, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, and is pretty ugly. His hair is golden and very short. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Healer.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-elven people
