History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Sailor. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: Randal wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Adept, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a Detective, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
