History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Laucian reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born in the east to a Laborer, Shane learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills.
