History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Arannis was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
