Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He sports black clothing, slightly heavier than average wear, marred by sweets. His chestnut hair is knotted and matted. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roland grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He has red hair. He has gleaming, smiling red eyes.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Ekemon enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Ekemon took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up greatsword and armor he uses now. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shepherd and was forced into it by his family; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Oriax grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Oriax fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is his passion

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He takes great joy in being the best Junk Dealer in town.

History: The child of a Miller, who enjoyed hunting, Conrad was taken on many hunting expeditions. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Junk Dealer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Junk Dealer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new junk dealer responsibilities is difficult
