Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Zepar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sculptor for hire.
