History: Spear was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He tends to his Crown-heir job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Vonbin was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
