History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Kilvar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His childhood dream was to be a Farmer, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. History: Pikar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents enrolled him in a Monk school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He tends to his Marshal job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
