Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He found a children's book about a Human Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Simon hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Fonkin's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Edge lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Tabaxi compassion; and he has money and likes to spend it
