Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with violet colored cloaks and clothing. His silver hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are red and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Xappan was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Xappan decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Râsh was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Carpenter. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: Adam hails from a village terrorized by goblins. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Jade has worked very hard to control his curse. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He prefers to wear flannel. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. At some point he was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lucan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and revenge
