Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Kellen hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Kellen abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and many gnolls want him driven away

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At a young age his father died while driving off some illithids. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in hammer use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
