Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Duergath will drive conversation. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Duergath was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Duergath was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Ruler. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and seeks redemption

Description: This tall, slender man wears long strands of amethyst and short white dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Voice: Soft and mumbly

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. His blonde hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Paelias grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paelias. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: He stands about 4'2" and is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His head has been shaved. His ears are large.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nalral fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Gardener. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Iados hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to open a new tavern
