History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cimer grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cimer. Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His golden hair is smooth and relatively long. This blue eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 90. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mortician arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
