History: Ur-Lisak was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: Igden is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a black shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and green pants. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Stannor hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and many gnolls want him driven away

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Darrak was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To be a Shepherd again; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
