His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born in the east. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

History: Born to a Marshal, his father struggled to pay the bills. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
