Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Bounty Hunter mother left him crippled. He became a Banker soon after.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Chad was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He tends to his Spy job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
