History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. At a young age his father died while driving off some orcs. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in longsword use. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Rael was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
