Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Ortegar's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in the east to a Barrister, Ortegar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theodoric fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents enrolled him in a Commoner school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
